An online HR service centre that will actively involve your employees.


Digital approval and processing personnel changes

» SAP Performance Management

SAP Performance Management (PM) is a function that supports and improves the PM cycle. The target possibilities and assessment functions contribute to an effective and efficient assessment policy. You can determine individual employee goals based on strategic goals of your organization. In addition SAP PM will fully support your planning, review and evaluation phase. SAP Performance Management is fully integrated within the SAP Enterprise Portal component, which operates on the SAP NetWeaver platform.

» SAP Enterprise Compensation Management

There is a possibility in SAP HCM to automate the process of salary adjustments and/or a variable bonusses. For these compensation processes the SAP module Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM) can be used.

When the performance management goals are set, ECM can be used to calculate the financial consequences. It is possible to compare the results with the available budgets with the in ECM indicated entities.

With the available Manager Self-Service scenario, managers will have the possibility to simulate the financial consequences of the compensation. For the executive board it will possible to get an insight on the collective result and reward proposals.

Enterprise Compensation Management is fully integrated within the SAP Enterprise Portal component, which operates on the SAP NetWeaver platform.

» SAP Learning Solution

The SAP Learning Solution consists out of four main components:

  • The Learning Portal, which is the study environment where the student can access the range of courses, personal study information and activities.
  • The Learning Management System, to manage the study process and handling the administrative aspects of the course.
  • The Authoring Environment, where learning content and tests are developed and structured.
  • The Content Management System, for storage and control of the content.

The learningportal is fully integrated within the SAP Enterprise Portal component, which operates on the SAP NetWeaver platform. The content management system is part of the knowledge management platform of SAP Enterprise Portal and is applied to the SAP Learning Solution for storage and control of the course content.

The procesflow is simple: students log in trough a browser on to the SAP Enterprise Portal, where they can access the complete learningportal of the company. The student will see the complete training- and course range of the business and connected external educators. The student can then sign up for courses. When there are specific limitations an approval process will be initiated. The registration will be proposed for approval to the employee's manager.
